Note: Shipping charges will not be calculated into your order until the "Shipping Information" section of our checkout pages has been completed.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing. Orders placed Friday after 12 Noon CST will not be processed until the following business day excluding holidays.

Note: Please allow additional processing time for orders containing several of the same design. You will be notified if this additional processing time applies to your order and the estimated time it will take to fill your order.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We accept Domestic orders only (United States). We do not ship Internationally.

Shipping charges are a flat rate based on the total cost of your order.

UPS Ground = 12%

Standard UPS Ground Shipping requires 3 - 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Depending on your location will determine how long it will take for your products to arrive. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail containing a UPS tracking number for your convenience.

FUNDRAISER ORDERS Note: There is no charge for shipping on fundraiser orders, however, the processing time is increased to 10-15 business days for sorting etc.

Please note that items that have become unavailable during the course of the fundraising/order processing time will need to be replaced per the request of the customer. An associate will notify the Fundraising Coordinator by phone or e-mail if an outage is detected. The coordinator will have up to 5 business days to respond with an alternative selection. If a selection is not made by the 5 business day deadline, a comparable design, color, and/or size will be selected by our staff to complete the order.
